The day after my REESO arrived we punched the greens at my club and although i was way better than usual on punched greens, they were still slow and bumpy. We are almost back to normal and I must advise that the putter and the practice are paying dividends . One of my playing partners commented the other day (we were not 4 ball partners that day) " we'll see how much you love the ***** putter when it is in two pieces " . That was like a $100.00 off the price right there !!!!!!! I am finding my alignment way better , my weight consistancy a huge improvement and the short putts no longer as daunting. First of all, let me say THANK YOU for inventing this great putter! I purchased my REESO putter recently, and have used it for 2 rounds. It's my BEST putter I've ever had! It's easy to align, comfortably heavy weight, and the ball is rolling so well to get in the cup! Yesterday, I played at the very challenging local course, Corde Valle GC in San Jose, CA and I made 18foot, 20foot, and 21foot putts in one round. Moreover, my headache of short putts has just gone away because it's so easy to align. I have now great confidence mentally to putt 2-3 foot as well as long putts. As a result, I made my lifetime record score 83(42/41)! You gave me this gift with this REESO putter!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Sandy! I have now played two rounds with the REESO putter and I am really impressed. I have always been a good putter, but I have been struggling lately for some unknown reason. I tried rotating putters and found that the Rossa was working fairly well, but I was still not satisfied. I used to routinely have rounds of 30 or less putts, but those rounds seemed to be few and far between lately. When I got the REESO, I did not even have time to practice before I played my first two rounds with it. The first two rounds I played were on two entirely different courses with entirely different greens. I had 29 putts the first day (not my home course) and 26 putts the second day (on my home course). The other three members of my foursome complained that the REESO must be illegal and I had to assure them that it is not. I anticipate that you will receive at least one order from my group for a belly putter. I will not be taking the REESO out of my bag."

Just a note to give you my thoughts regarding the REESO Putter. First let me say that I hate heavy putters, I have never been able to be consistent with a heavy putter. I thought you would be seeing this putter back after a brief experimental trial. However, your putter gives me excellent distance control like no other putter - I love it! I have experimented with "Big Ben", the Scotty "Futura", the "Two Ball", the "Rossa"...etc. Other than a standard style Scotty Cameron putter, yours is the only other putter that has made it into my bag and one that I feel confident using in tournament play! I must say that your putter more than delivers what you promise - a rarity with all the equipment hype in the market place. Sorry Mr. Reese, you will not be getting this putter back!"

I had been using a Ping for the past ten plus years. The Ping is a fine putter but I have always had problems lining up putts. When I opened the box that my REESO came in I nearly put it back into the box to return it because it does not look anything like my conventional putter. I am very glad that I gave it a try. The REESO isn't magic but it is the next best thing. The REESO design helps you set the blade to the line. The next thing that you will notice is how solid it feels. I don't keep stats but I know that the nasty three putt isn't around much anymore. I get so much closer on the first putt. Finally, the REESO has improved my hearing. Yes........I keep hearing.........nice putt. Great job Mr. Reese and thank you."

I have gone through numerous putters since I took up the game of golf and I have never used a putter that is as dependable as yours. It has truly taken a few strokes off my game as now I rarely miss those frustrating four footers. My three putts have for the most part disappeared and one or two putting with the REESO has added a new level of pleasure to my game.

I don't know if you are aware, but for twenty years I was a new products reporter for the NBC Today Show, USA Today and a variety of other national media outlets.

While I have dealt with just about every new products manufacturer in the world over my business career, I have never had such a pleasant experience as I have had dealing with your company. Not only do I feel that you make a superior product,the method in which you back it up is absolutely amazing. As you are aware, I sent you an email on Saturday telling you that I had a problem with my putter and asked if I could purchase another one. Not only did I receive a near immediate response from you, I was thrilled that you were sending out a brand new replacement at no cost whatsoever to me. You even paid the shipping cost! You have raised the bar of customer service and you should be awarded for backing up your products the way you do. I could never see "the big guys" providing this type of service to their customers.

It is now Tuesday and the replacement putter has arrived. The instantaneous response and desire for full customer satisfaction is unheard of in the world of manufacturing and customer relations. Needles to say, you have earned a customer for life and I am looking forward to purchasing your future products.
